Hotel Contracts
All group reservations are subject to a written agreement with Quality Inn Coliseum that covers general terms and conditions, including deposit, cancellation and payment policies.
Rooming List
A rooming list will be required by the hotel as stated in the contract letter. This list will enable the hotel to block and assign rooms for your group and handle check-in more efficiently.
